Job Description
Klugsys UG is seeking motivated HiWi (student assistant) candidates to support the AI/ML team in building LLM-powered features for our AI-driven PropTech platform. The role provides hands-on experience with modern AI systems, cloud-based architectures, and real-world product development.
Requirements
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Good programming skills in Python
- Basic understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
- Strong interest in LLMs and generative AI
Preferred Qualifications & Skills (Optional)
- Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Basic knowledge of vector databases or semantic search
- Experience with Docker or cloud platforms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing LLM-powered features such as chat assistants, Q&A systems and document summarization
- Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search experiments
- Help design and test prompt templates and AI agent workflows
- Support backend integration via REST APIs (FastAPI)
- Document experiments, results, and technical learnings
