Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious and client-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the mid-to-bottom of our sales funnel, guiding prospects through detailed product demonstrations, addressing their unique needs, and negotiating deals to close new business.
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving company revenue, maintaining healthy profit margins, and helping us expand our footprint in the PropTech and real estate sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or Subscription environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Multilingual – Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French; German
Preferred Qualifications & Skills (Optional)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with the UAE property market and familiarity with regional real estate dynamics.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently meeting quotas.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English and Urdu/Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities at once.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery through to contract signature, ensuring a smooth and professional buyer journey.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs and pain points
- Prepare and present proposals, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Executives (SDRs) to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting pipelines and reporting on sales metrics.
- Work with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
